  • In consideration for our other clients and our stylists, please provide us with 24 hours notice of any cancellations. Excessive NO-SHOWS or last minute cancellations will be asked to provide a credit card in order to book their next appointment, and may be charged for missed appointments.  
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.  If you are running late, please contact the front desk.  Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are running excessively late. 
  • We gladly accept all Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. Please ask our front desk about gift certificates.
  • Due to the nature of our services, we offer corrections on services within a 14 day period.  If you are still unsatisfied with your service, a refund may be offered at management’s discretion. 
  • All Products may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to insure the highest quality of service.  
  • We gladly offer you complimentary snacks, beverages, and free wifi access.

A visit to the beauty salon is the perfect time to unwind and pamper yourself.  We are here to accommodate your entire family and provide a fun, relaxing, and luxury experience for everyone. That being said, we kindly request that you make sure your children are on their best behavior and do not disturb our other clients or our staff.  If you know that you will be at the salon for a considerable amount of time, we suggest making alternate arrangements for your child during your visit.
